Registration

Participants must provide accurate information during registration. Incorrect or false details may result in cancellation of registration.

Entry

Entry is permitted only with a valid registration confirmation, QR code, or event pass. A valid photo ID may be required for verification at the venue gate.

Payments

All registrations are confirmed only after successful payment. All pass prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) through a secure payment gateway. Fees once paid are non-transferable unless approved by the Organizer.

Cancellation & Refund

Registration fees are non-refundable except where required by law or if the event is cancelled by the Organizer. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Code of Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully. Any misconduct, abusive behavior, possession of prohibited items, or violation of event rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional and marketing purposes.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. The Organizer will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Event Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, timings, or activities without prior notice if necessary.

Liability

Participation is at your own risk. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising during the event.
